Joan loves working in a variety of media including oils, watercolour, pastel, pen and wash and printing.

Subject choices include landscape, still life, portraits, people, animals and anything that takes the interest.

Joan taught Secondary Visual Arts from Year 7 through to Year 12 for many years before retiring in 2003.

Joan belongs to many local art groups and enjoys painting out with friends and has won many awards in exhibitions. She enjoys working in her studio at Tooleybuc which she is one day going to open to the public!!

Tutors include Lance McNeill, Jan McNeill, Joseph Zbucvic, Colin Johnson, Ross Paterson, Maxwell Wilks, Janice Lawler,and David Taylor.
